A list of every single crazy bone

Now, I know this forum is pretty much dead, but maybe, just maybe, I can get a response enough to complete this list. I have been collecting for about a year and over that time, I have put a decent amount of time into researching crazy bones. It's surprisingly hard to discover just how many different types there are. Therefore, I am putting together this list of every series (and the number of bones in each one) from the common to the incredibly rare. Please respond with any that are missing from this list so I can have a complete compendium.

Actually, if you look carefully, included in the list of new generation bones are the entire ghosts series. There are 120 total that you can get in the New Generation packs, but only 60 of them are actually new bones. It didn't seem prudent to list the ghosts twice. Also, if you carefully observe the numbering system on the backs of the New Generation bones, they have a separate system that does not coincide with the numbers from the checklist. The Ghosts have the same numbers as in other packs ('F2') and the like because they are actually in series 2 along with the buddies and the mutants.
